yoga + hiking = BLISS
Rockville Regional park in Fairfield is my happiest place on earth!
Join me on a yoga hike where we will open and nourish your body all while appreciating the natural beauty California has to offer. I offer these hikes starting in the spring on select weekends, weather permitting.
The hikes are open level but vary in intensity. Some hikes will require for you to bring a yoga mat, others will offer poses throughout the park directly on the trails in your hiking boots. Please scroll to the bottom of this page and check out the "coming next" information to see what is on the horizon.
General Information
The main parking lot is located at 2149 Rockville Rd, Fairfield, CA 94534. We meet and gather at the picnic tables directly through the gates. There is a small fee for park use that is not included in the hike rate. Single day use fee is $3 however I recommend the 6 month season pass with a cost of $19 for residents. There is a kiosk that accepts credit cards and cash however change is not provided.

The hikes are generally 2-3 miles with hills, hiking boots are recommended
