Sound Healing Options on the Horizon

Join Meaghan and Dorene on November 28th, Thanksgiving morning at 9am for our special gratitude practice that includes light yoga and sound healing. 

We will open with grounding and meditation followed by a light, all-levels yoga practice aligned to gongs, an ocean drum, rain stick and several more healing instruments. The pairing will help you get ready for Thanksgiving with your family!

Please note that the Turkey Trot will be happening at the same time. You will need to access the property from Mankas Corner road as Suisun Valley road will be CLOSED.

 Join Dorene and Annette at 6pm on Sunday, December 29th for a special holiday edition of our gong bath with healing sounds! 

Sound vibrations have a powerful effect on your mind and body. Consider for a moment how you feel when you witness a roaring thunderstorm. The feeling often can't be described... you just feel GOOD. But we now have evidence of the physiological benefits!

Research shows that sound healing can slow down your brain waves and put your body in a very relaxed, dreamlike state. It may also help relieve symptoms of physical and mental health conditions by providing you with deep rest, nervous system rebalancing, and emotional release.

Simply plan to make yourself comfortable on our studio floor where you will FEEL the vibrations of singing bowls, gongs and other musical instruments move through your body allowing you to fully embody the penetrating sounds.

We have a limited supply of bolsters, blocks, blankets and yoga mats in the studio space. We strongly encourage you to bring your own pillows and blankets. We can also provide chairs to those that prefer to be seated. As we turn off the heaters during the event, if you tend to get chilly please bring warm clothes and socks as well.
