Sound vibrations have a powerful effect on your mind and body. Consider for a moment how you feel when you witness a roaring thunderstorm. The feeling often can't be described... you just feel GOOD. But we now have evidence of the physiological benefits!
Research shows that sound healing can slow down your brain waves and put your body in a very relaxed, dreamlike state. It may also help relieve symptoms of physical and mental health conditions by providing you with deep rest, nervous system rebalancing, and emotional release.
Simply plan to sit or lay down and FEEL the vibrations of singing bowls, gongs and other musical instruments move through your body allowing you to fully embody the penetrating sounds.
We have a limited supply of bolsters, blocks, blankets and yoga mats in the studio space. We strongly encourage you to bring your own mat, pillows and blankets to make yourself comfortable on the floor. We can also provide couches and chairs to those that prefer to be seated.
