This is Dorene's yoga as medicine offering. She will help you work through your personal restrictions and limitations. The session includes a consultation regarding your health history and goals followed by a yoga routine specific to your personal needs.

Standard private yoga sessions provide a unique experience for you or your group with unlimited personal attention. You may request any of our teachers.

Sessions can be held at the Village 360 property or at a local location.
