Your pelvis is your center. When it’s not happy, nothing really can be. Years of studying anatomy, biomechanics and asana has led me to firmly believe that everything is connected to the pelvis.
I created this workshop to help ladies find their own “Happy Pelvis”. How do you know if your pelvis isn’t happy?

In this workshop, I will teach you about the 3 layers of muscles in the pelvic floor. You will learn to nurture and support these muscles in hope to change unhealthy patterns that accumulated both in life and on the yoga mat. I will show you techniques aimed at softly opening areas that are tight and strengthening ones that are weak. These imbalances in the pelvic floor musculature can be corrected with time, patience and love. Not kegels.
