Basic training is a wonderful option for a yoga anatomy course geared toward new yoga teachers or 200 hour yoga teacher trainings. It includes highlights of anatomical concepts important for maintaining optimal integrity of the joints and soft tissues of the body and addition to an introductory level discussion relating yoga and its impacts on the physical processes of the body.
