Yoga Anatomy Basic training is geared toward yoga teachers and/or practitioners that are interested in experiential anatomy for a sustainable yoga asana practice. This course includes highlights of anatomical concepts important for maintaining optimal integrity of joints and soft tissues in the body. I also lead introductory level discussions about asana and how it impacts the physical processes of the body with a primary focus on the concept of “what stops me?”.
This yoga anatomy course is optimal for 2-3 four hour sessions.
